Opss.......

There's a culture currently plaguing my department which at times I find it quite amusing. It's the culture of blaming others for what that can be considered as your own fault. Recently the issues arised in the form of format for examination questions as well as the quality of the question itself. I didn't mean to intrude on the discussion but I was itching to say something in defend of the examination department because it wasn't their fault. The quality of the exam questions were put into question due to vague instructions, in the midst of my two colleagues heated blaming sessions; I stopped my work, and said "In the first place, who designed the question? Was it the exam department or our department? It is an English paper isn't it?" And then it was silent.
