My journey home may not be as congested as in Kuala Lumpur, but believe me, it is an adventure on its own.

What is love?
A friend shared with me her opinion on what is love... "Accepting people for who they really are, the good the bad and the ugly, not forcing them to change, and not imposing you own self belief what a relationship should be".

It's over. (period)
My past caught up with me today. Should I be happy, should I be glad, should I be sad, or should I be annoyed?.Honestly I don't feel a thing. This it the third attempt to try and rekindle back the previous relationship by which I ended due to irreconcilable differences. But yet again I found myself at the end of the phone line repeating these words "It is over. (period)".

Contributing in your own way. (",)
My friend introduced me to this facebook page whereby they assist in finding stray cats and dogs a permanent home. The page is created out of good intention of few Samaritans that are compassionate towards animals. It is nationwide. Many people are looking for adopters for the cats and dogs that they rescued. There is no adoption fees however some people may charge only for the neuter, vaccination and so forth.
Second website that I want to share is an event that I participated last year, Relay for life. I accidentally found this event while on a quest of shedding a few kilo and keeping myself fit. It was an experience leaving me wanting more. I did share some pictures of my experience in my previous entry and this year I plan to be there again and the best part is I am not doing it alone. (",)
Everyone is contributing back to the society in their own way.

Grave digger
Today I removed a remain of a cat in the middle of the road that was severed into half. I managed to attract attention from people that were enjoying their food from some of the hawker stalls across the street. I glimpsed and I saw fingers pointing towards me. Ignoring all those attention I scraped the remain and put it in a box. I made my way to my car and followed my friend to her house. She gave me a shovel and I dug a hole deep enough to bury the cat.
For those who may wonder why I did what I did, is because how much my friend loved her cat that she took into her care when it was young. She waited until I finished my class around 4.00 p.m., came into my room at my office, paced back and forth until she burst into tears and she told me that she saw her cat severed into half in the middle of the road and she identified it by the collar that it was wearing. Burying the cat was the only closure that I can offer her instead of her thinking about the remain being run over and over again by incoming cars. Unnecessary stress for a soon to be mother.
When I grow up..

| Sample of my cartoon (",) |
When I was young, I developed an interest in drawing cartoon, told my mum that I wish to be a cartoonist when I grow up. She said, it would benefit me as a hobby better than a career. I guess I will never know how far that path would take me.

Si baju hijau
A man wearing full army attire tapped on the shoulders of every men and instructed them to move out of the ladies coach. A hero in my book, indeed. (",)

Too much whining..
Today proved that I am unable to work with people who are nonchalant, that have the attitude "Rileklah it is just a program". I wasn't train that way. Since I was in high school I am used to work with system, structure, things that have plan A, plan B and plan C, that at the end of the program there will be a postmortem to improve the program for future reference. I don't care if people tell me that I am too rigid..because if you fail to plan, you plan to fail.
Previously I had a conversation with a colleague that believe the organization owed them more in terms of salary and other remuneration however I don't see them contributing back to the organization except for complaining a lot. Hmmm.... Too tired to entertain all those idocracy.
Professional sei!!!
Reaction of one of my colleague towards a memo indicating the rules and regulation of office attire. As for me, wearing a uniform or not wearing one is not the measure of how good you are as an employee. "Clothes don't make the man, it's the man that makes the clothes". However this is only my opinion.

Kau ada!! (",)
I love looking at monkeys. They are very agile creature, and often misunderstood. I borrowed "bee's" camera just to take this picture during our brisk walk. '"Bee" looked at me and said "Tak habis - habis monyet". In my mum's favorite quote "Kau ada..." hahahaha
Time for a change...
"30 and above This reckoned to be the obese range. A BMI within this range usually means a high risk of weight related health problems"
Mine is - 32.87.
Time for a change.
The forgotten tradition
Last night I went out with "bee" just for a late night snack, instead of eating there, we decided to pack and look for another place to enjoy our meal. We chose the Youth Center not far from "bee's" favorite petrol station. When we arrived there, there was a festivity going on, a "Gasing Pangkah" competition. We found a spot and we ate our food then off we went to watch the competition. I remembered when I used to play "gasing" or "top" but not like what they were playing, it was fun looking at people cheering at their respective team me included. For me it was a beautiful scene admiring the movement of the players as if they were performing the silat every time they aimed their "Gasing pangkah" at the competing team. I was not that familiar with the rules of the game so I was learning just by observing. What I observed at the same time was, all the spectators were elderly almost at the age of my father and my mother, none were even younger than me. It made me wonder, "Do our current generations know about this beautiful game?" or "Will it be just another forgotten tradition?"

Not cool!
Abuse in any forms verbal, emotional, sexual and physical are ways to demean and degrade oneself to the point of nothingness. There is no such thing that all those abuses are a sign of love. There is not much that can be done if the person that is being abused keep on providing justifications on the action of the abuser. No one deserve to be treated as such.
(Me, ranting out after I found out a friend is being abused by her better half)
