What we don't want to do and don't want to be,
Should be a matter of conscious choice.

My V.C. words of encouragement the first day she addressed all the staff. I don't know why, now, I can see her wither away, drowning in all the bureaucracy that perceive her and the post she hold only for its name, having all those power only to be cast aside.
What a waste of her talent, her enthusiasm, and her passion.

That is sadly common; the women do the job and the men get the credit.
Sket lebihkurang cam Albert Einstein (his wife did the maths to prove his theorems) and Watson & Crick - the winners of the Nobel Prize for DNA structure (Rosalind Franklin was the one who took the crucial X-ray that proved their hypothesis - not to mention they got it in an underhanded manner and did not credit her for it).
