I am in one group with a few of my male colleagues to compete in a presentation representing my organization. I don't know why, I found hard to actually work with them because at times I do not know how serious they are in completing the tasks because they would just zone out from men to boys. I am trying not to look like a slave driver, but I am committed to do my work and if we win that would be an added bonus.
Owh God, please give me strength to go through my task with my beloved colleagues without any altercations. Please!!!
