Heart to heart

I am not keen of having heart to heart session at work. As example organizing pot luck and before the feast all must share what they feel towards anything, and anyone at the workplace. The objective as they would nicely put are to iron out issues that are plaguing the department, to trim out any loose end that can disrupts the effectiveness and efficiency of the members of the department, to keep the bond and ties intact and stronger as ever. Of all heart to heart session that I was pulled to be apart of, none of that actually happened, instead things become worse, and people turn to hypocrisy  as mean to avoid the same issue being brought out again and again.  It is hard to keep a straight face when the heart to heart session become a platform for personal attacks. The term "Jangan ambik hati" doesn't apply because people do take it at heart.

it'll never work if it is an open discussion..ur boss should take an action coz it is ur boss punya responsibility to know what's going on in the dept..bukannye kene tunggu orang inform baru nak tahu ade masalah, right?
