Today proved that I am unable to work with people who are nonchalant, that have the attitude "Rileklah it is just a program". I wasn't train that way. Since I was in high school I am used to work with system, structure, things that have plan A, plan B and plan C, that at the end of the program there will be a postmortem to improve the program for future reference. I don't care if people tell me that I am too rigid..because if you fail to plan, you plan to fail.
Previously I had a conversation with a colleague that believe the organization owed them more in terms of salary and other remuneration however I don't see them contributing back to the organization except for complaining a lot. Hmmm.... Too tired to entertain all those idocracy.
