One point in our life we will encounter someone who end up breaking our heart into thousand pieces. As cliche as we often hear it, comforting words will be thrown just to comfort a broken heart. And at times it will sound comforting but sometimes it sound depressing. A reminder how we failed in a relationship. But mostly all we want is someone to lend a shoulder to cry on because we know that we will bounce back in due time. My experience in relationship is like a losing streak, I can never be in one and sustain it for a long duration of time. So, it is hard for me to actually open up to anyone. I had my heart totally broken into a thousand pieces once and it made me paused my life for quite a while before I move on and find the right person, in which I did.
Being heartbroken sucks big time, and everyone handles it differently.
Eat ice cream, sing sappy love songs, cry your heart out, look at plane passing by, take a long walk, go for a holiday, blame yourself, blame others, scream, shout, pray, put on fake smiles, pretend to be strong, etc.... do what ever you want to do, once you have enough of it, pick yourself up, move on, and get ready to fall in love again or to be loved. "Carpe Diem".

Good plan when it comes to dealing with relationship malfunction. Personally, I have never had my heart broken, but I think it's because emotionally I am about as evolved as an amoeba.
