On the 19th we celebrated my dad's 60th birthday. When we were growing up, he never showed his softer side. I guess having an army officer as your father, discipline is something that he tends to emphasize. I never miss a day of class and I would make sure that I would always get a single digit position in my class, just for him to sign my report card. There were a lot of things I did with my dad, even restoring an old car was our project for quite sometimes. My dad make sure that all his daughters grow up as confident, strong, and independent women. At least this year, my siblings managed to "caked" my dad with icing and all. And it was fun. (",)

I'm sure that for all his stiff upper lip, Uncle A is super proud of his daughters. And secretly adored the "caking".
