Surprise!!!!

Now I write a lot, about anything and everything. 

So, it has been 7 days since the New Year. A lot of changes happened, till this date, surprisingly most of my colleagues can actually come to work early, as early as 8.00 a.m., 30 minutes early from our designated working hours. Not just that, they even go back home late or sharp on time instead of playing truant. Well, it has been brought to my attention that my Deputy Dean has voiced our his concern that he was disappointed that we misused or took advantages of his good intention of not imposing strict working rules and regulation for those under the department. I guess people assumed that no matter what is his position, he would not even raised his voice nor dictate any disciplinary action. Time change, people change, and some changes come with surprises.
