Since my resignation was made known to most of the staff here at my current employment, I have been asked a lot of questions to where I am going. It seems that issue of me, resigning was discussed in the monthly meeting among all of the Head of Services. I had no intention of informing anyone here, to what my plan is. Today, my emcee partner asked "Are serious about leaving?" "Is your decision final?" "You have potential and it is waste for you to leave". I just smiled entertaining all those questions. I have been called for a meeting with the executive director tomorrow to discuss on my resignation. The tiny voice inside my head said "Owh man!!! resigning is tiring, it is a lot of work".

I've been so discreet that only my closest colleagues and bosses know that I was leaving. Yeah, they will ask, just smile and say that you are looking for a change.

I send my letter to the HR and it was discussed in the monthly meeting, then everybody talks and everyone knows
