KARAK = KARAM!!!

Watched KARAK today. Not because of choice but because of force. There are some discrepancies with the movie itself. Here are the lists

a) All the actors and actresses can't act.

b) A flashback into the 70 or 80, showed that a police car with a current plate number.

c) A beggar in the movie has better command of Malay literature in terms of language structure than any beggars I ever met.

d) One of the actress has an I.C belong to a guy. The four final numbers were 5503.

e) The "Pekan Karak" that they stopped has no one in sight except for guy mending a burger stand.

f) The toilet that the actors went in was so bad, that peeing behind a tree is better but they still went in.

g) The ghost was very cynical "Kata orang beriman, takkan lari kot kalau nampak hantu"

h) The shaman kept on preaching about reciting "Ayat Kursi" and "Solat" but he vanquished the ghost by saying "nyah ko" repeatedly.

i) The ghosts in the movie have a union. Even ghosts can recite "Ayat kursi"

j) The ghosts were more afraid of and can be vanquished just by reciting the Malay translation of "Ayat kursi"

k) One of the actor can actually make his tears to flow from one eye.

l) Ghosts are into "Iron Maiden" they can actually head bang.

m) Change the title from KARAK  to "Semalam di rumah Tok Malam"

The movie doesn't do justice to the poster.!!!

Overall evaluation, the acting is bad, the script is almost bearable, the plot is really lousy. But I did have fun laughing my head off, leave your logic at the door and you would enjoy it as much as I did. Watch at your own risk, remember you have been warned.(Well this is just my own amateur movie watching opinion.. hehehe)
