I would wait to watch this series in front this television without fail. It introduced me to world of espionage, and for me nothing beats the original version in which the authenticity attracts the audience. Now series or movies focus more on the sophistication of the gadgets, the sexiness of the women, the invincibility of the agents, or just blowing up things apart and not to forget the wonderful world of computer generated image or CGI.
The original Mission Impossible.
This beats Tom Cruise version anytime!

I prefer the 80's version of the series. It starred Jane Badler of V (the original series). So glamourous and stylo!
Hehehe, at least original series are fun too watch compared to this recent version.
I have this thing about Tom Cruise. I DON'T LIKE HIM. Nothing to do with him being a Scientologist or douchiness, but because of Top Gun. I was rallying for Val Kilmer and I thought that Cruise was overrated.
At least he was fun in Tropic Thunder. But that's about it.
So true, luckily tropic thunder is more to a cameo and the character was not that "PERFECT" so it was kinda fun to watch
